If your order is incorrect or damaged, please call or email us and we'll do our best to rectify any problems as quickly as possible.
Wrongly Supplied Products
Please inform us within 48 hours from the date of the goods received, if any items are incorrectly supplied. We will then make arrangements to replace any item supplied incorrectly. Return shipping will be paid for by the Stornoway Black Pudding Shop.
Defective or Damaged Products
If the products received are thought to be defective or damaged in some way, the products may have to be returned to The Stornoway Black Pudding Shop. If this is the case, this must be before the Use By date of the products. If the goods are found to be faulty or defective, we will offer a replacement or a full refund and in either case we will refund your postage costs.
Guarantee of Quality
If you are not completely satisfied with any products you receive from the Stornoway Black Pudding Shop, please tell us and we will credit your account with the value of the products or arrange a replacement. This will only apply if there is some defect with the product.
